Week 18 action kicks off with a Saturday doubleheader, however, which features the Carolina Panthers at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at 4:30 p.m. ET on ESPN/ABC, and the Seattle Seahawks at the San Francisco 49ers at 8 p.m. ET on ESPN/ABC.

Picking the entire NFL slate in the final two weeks of the season is really challenging. Who is playing? Where's the motivation? Which players have their minds on Cancun and Aruba?  Those are my excuses for having a terrible Week 17.

Week 17 is in the books, and we learned quite a bit about the contenders. Whether it be their playoff experience, leadership qualities, coaching staffs, super star players, or all of the above, these are the eight teams in the NFL who can contend for a Super Bowl title this season.

Every year, the NFL waits as long as possible before releasing the Week 18 schedule and that announcement finally came on Sunday night.
